Trish Powers is Senior Relocation Coordinator; She has been in the industry more than 10 years and has been a relocation coordinator for more than four years with County Vanlines.

Pre-Move Counseling:

Upon approval by the client corporation, County contacts the family to arrange for the move and the packing of the home's contents. County also contacts the regional driver team to schedule the upcoming move.

A County representative will come to the home of each family moving. We find out the individual needs and concerns. We offer advice and planning aids (including a packet of information on moving) to help organize the unsettling days before the move. We explain the options and conduct a needs analysis.

The representative will go with the family through every room to discover items that need special packing or handling, and to compile an estimate of the materials and manpower required. As Atlas agents, we enjoy the distinction of being industry leaders in accurate estimating.

This interview starts the interactive communications that continue throughout the move process. Our Move Coordinators call the family at key stages throughout the process.
